ABOUT ME

I am an attorney with a unique blend of experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, and technology law. I started my legal career as a complex mass torts staff attorney at Motley Rice where I worked on the plaintiff's side on the National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL and gained invaluable experience in public interest litigation. As a former Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh, PA), I honed my skills in the courtroom, prosecuting a wide variety of cases and building a foundation of trial expertise. My trial experience also extends to personal injury and civil litigation.

In addition to my litigation work, I have a strong background advising innovative companies at the intersection of technology and law. I served as an advisor to Four Growers Robotics, the creators of the world’s most intelligent tomato-harvesting robot, helping them become the first students from the University of Pittsburgh to reach the semi-finals of the prestigious Rice Business Plan Competition. Since then, they have raised millions in funding, cementing their place as a leader in agricultural robotics.

My early success stories also include assisting in the raise of millions of dollars for artificially intelligent robotics companies, working with esports video game companies in partnership marketing, conducting socially engineered penetration testing work for legal tech innovators like CaseFlood* (*currently enrolled at Silicon Valley's Prestigious Y-Combinator), resolving civil disputes and advocating zealously for my criminal defense clients.

During Law School, I gained hands-on experience as a student extern at Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Technology Transfer and Enterprise Creation and at the National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA). I am an Air Force Association CyberPatriot Summer Camp instructor annually hosted by Pitt's Cyber Institute and I routinely teach CLEs on AI and Law.

I currently offer a customizable "1337" Cyber Security Defense Package tailored to serving mid-sized law firms on their cyber needs. We can help ensure that you are prepared to prevent a cyber incident, and we can help you with incident response.

I rely on my depth of experience in cybersecurity and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. My approach is grounded in a deep belief that law can drive positive change for the future. My understanding of cyber technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cybersecurity, and legal tech allows me to provide forward-thinking solutions tailored to the evolving needs of my clients.

Whether defending against criminal charges, pursuing justice in civil disputes, or advising cutting-edge businesses, I bring a results-driven, client-centered approach to every case.
